Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery Area (Metro Vancouver Only)
We currently offer delivery only within Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Orders outside Metro Vancouver are not eligible for delivery at this time.
Free Delivery (Orders Over 1 kg) — Metro Vancouver
We offer FREE delivery for orders delivered within Metro Vancouver when the total product weight in the cart exceeds 1 kilogram (1 kg).
• Eligibility is determined by the total product weight at checkout.
• If your order is 1 kg or less, delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Time (Metro Vancouver)
After your order is processed, typical delivery is 1–3 business days, depending on your location and delivery volume.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may contact you to reschedule delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product(s), and we will help resolve the issue.
