Return & Refund Policy (14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
We want you to love your honey. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility (14 days)
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after your order is delivered.
This satisfaction guarantee applies to all honey products, all sizes, and all orders.
It also applies to all delivery areas and all cities we serve (including Vancouver and all Metro Vancouver cities).
Please include your order number and a brief reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve).
Keep the honey (no return required)
Because honey is a food product, we may not require you to return opened or used items for food-safety reasons. In most cases, you can keep the honey and we will still issue a full refund.
We may request a photo of the product/label (e.g., lot/batch information) for verification and quality control.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
